Condo was great for the family and perfect location!

Clean and bright unit in good location. The unit is a bit tight for 5 people (small bathrooms and one bedroom is pretty small). Very clean with nice towels and bedding. Well stocked kitchen. The beds were too soft for our liking. Ample beach equipment for our use with extras available at rental office. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Gorgeous scenery from back patio. Easy to walk to stores. For light sleepers beware that in many parts of Kauai, roosters will wake you up as early as 3:30AM including a duo of roosters outside our windows nightly.

We came here for a night with our 18 month old. The property was clean and in great condition. They were equipped with a playpen and booster seat and children’s silverware which was very helpful. Location was great, near a lot of beaches, queens bath, the main town area with restaurants and the 1hotel which is nice to go to for sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent view
Good value; Princeville are is close the many great beaches, especially Hanalia Bay.
